Heavy-duty models come with a release lever that locks into the forged steel base. Locks in the closed position only. Handles are red vinyl dipped. Model TV731 same as Model TV730 only with greater holding capacity. Optional latch plate 2 1/4″ L x 3 1/8″ W available – Model TV732.
